Vice-Chancellor’s award: Tafadzwa Chivhungwa
Tebello Theledi
Tafadzwa Chivhungwa was deemed a worthy candidate for the Vice-Chancellor’s award. He has been recognised as the best student with an outstanding overall achievement in the Faculty of Management Sciences.
Originally from Zimbabwe, Chivhungwa held his head high, chests puffed out, proud to be a Baccalaureus Technologiae (BTech) student, Cum Laude. All this was possible through the support and love he received from his family. He has been recommended for a scholarship to complete his Master’s Degree with a dissertation titled: “Ethical leadership” at Baden Wurthemberg University in Southwest Germany.
He quoted Kim Ill Sung (former premier of North Korea), “The book is a silent teacher and companion in life,” these are the words that keep him motivated and going throughout his studies, and life in general.
