Terms of Members & Ex-Officios
The members of the Executive Committee elected at the Annual General Meeting of the Convocation shall hold office for two years, restricted to two consecutive terms of office.
The convocation consists of:
- The graduates and all holders of diplomas and certificates of the University
- The Vice-Chancellor and Principal and the Full time academic staff of the University and
- Former full-time academic staff of the University who have left the service of the University on account of their having reached the retirement age if they are not already members of the Convocation through a) or b).
The members of the Executive Committee elected at the Annual General Meeting of the Convocation shall hold office for two years, restricted to two consecutive terms of office.

The Executive Committee of the Convocation supports the realization of the functions of the Convocation and ensures the furtherance of the aims and objectives thereof.
