The Library is pleased to announce that e-Book titles were purchased during 2012/3. E-books are book-length publication in digital form consisting of text, images, or both that is produced and published through and readable via computer or other electronic devices. E-books can be the equivalent of conventional printed books or they can be stand alone e-titles. VUT Libraries has acquired a number of e-book collections listed below and the collection is still growing:
AccessScience delivers the latest content of the trusted McGraw-Hill Encyclopedia of Science & Technology, 9th ed, and the McGraw-Hill Dictionary of Scientific and Technical terms, 6th edition.
Access Engineering from McGraw Hill is a dynamic online resource offering quick and unparalleled access to the world’s most trusted collection of critical, must have engineering text book information.
Annual Reviews: includes access to Electronic Back Volume Collection which covers sciences since 1932 – 2008. It includes e-journals within the Biomedical and Life Sciences, Physical Science, Social Sciences, and an Economics collection.
