Alumni Relations invites all Vaal Triangle College for Advanced Technical Education, Vaal Triangle Technikon, Vaal University of Technology graduates; Alumni from all corners of the globe to support the initiative of networking and social forums through formation of VUT Alumni chapters in provinces and countries in the following respect;

Academic groups.

Sports groups.

Cultural groups and Arts groups.

Spiritual groups.

Social groups, etc

These formations in conjunction with the Alumni Association / Convocation embraces initiatives in supporting the Alumni Relations through Alumni and pre-alumni programs;

To generate third stream income for the university.

To  establish a Bursary fund for the needy children.

To create a networking platform for the VUT and its Alumni.

to engage with the communities (both national and international).

To participate in the “Assist a graduate to work” campaign.

To cultivate a culture of ownership and giving amongst the Alumni.

To  their Alma-mater.

To  keep the memories of the university fresh in their minds and to further instil sense of pride and brand loyalty.
